Standard panel doors consist of a Steel reinforced frame you can then choose to fit; 
A full panel - two upvc skins with foam or foam and plywood, pretty secure with a good five point locking system. A half panel and glass - two upvc skins with foam or foam and plywood, 5 point locking system, Toughen Glass.

Composite Doors consist of;
